What makes it different
Most meme APIs hand you a blank template and expect you to supply the caption, the font size and the text placement. You end up building a layout engine.
This one does the whole job. You describe the situation; it picks templates that fit, writes the taglines, renders the files and hosts them. What comes back is a URL you can post.
Everything is camelCase JSON, the responses tell you exactly what the batch cost, and the same credits work across the API, the MCP server and the website.
Generate memes
One POST. Cost is one credit per returned meme; count must be between 1 and 12 and defaults to 6.

}Authentication in three steps
V1 uses a two-step flow: log in with JWT to mint an API token, then use that token on every /v1/ request.
- 1Create an account and open profile settings, then click Reveal API Key. That is the fast path.
- 2Or do it programmatically: POST to the login endpoint with your email and password to get a JWT access token.
- 3POST that JWT to /v1/api/token/ to mint your API token. Each account has one — calling POST again returns the same token.
- 4Send Authorization: Token <api-token> on every /v1/ request from then on.
Keep the token server-side. Anyone who has it can spend your credits. DELETE /v1/api/token/ revokes it immediately.
