The 'Superbad drilling holes' meme originates from the hit 2007 comedy film "Superbad," featuring actors Michael Cera and Jonah Hill. In a memorable scene, Michael Cera's character is found awkwardly drilling holes into wood, seemingly without purpose. Jonah Hill's character walks in, delivering the now-iconic line, "What are you doing?" This interaction captures a quintessential moment of confusion and misplaced effort, making it ripe for meme culture, where absurdity and relatable awkwardness reign supreme.
