The meme template featuring Dushane receiving devastating news and collapsing originates from the British crime drama series "Top Boy." In the show, Dushane, portrayed by actor Ashley Walters, is a streetwise character often finding himself in high-stakes situations. This particular scene captures the intense moment when Dushane answers a call, learns of catastrophic news, and is so overwhelmed that he staggers out into the night before collapsing. The dramatic portrayal of emotional and physical breakdown is what resonated with meme creators, making it a rich source for expressing extreme reactions to various scenarios.
